The candidate will handle the full UX design cycle, including user research, interviews, and the creation of wireframes and interactive prototypes. They will also contribute to the maintenance of Design Systems and collaborate with Product Owners and developers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and interviews
- Prepare and animate UX workshops: co-design, ideation, design thinking
- Analyze user behavior, identify blocking points and areas for improvement
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Define user flows and optimized user journeys
- Identify user profiles: personas
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of Design Systems
- Collaborate with digital teams: Product Owners, developers, UI Designers
Requirements
- Master's degree in UX Design, Digital Design, or equivalent
- Mastery of prototyping tools, including Figma and Vibe coding
- Integration of AI into creative workflows
- Interest in new digital tools
- Mastery of collaborative tools such as Notion, Miro, and FigJam
- Good understanding of ergonomics, user psychology, and UX best practices
- Creativity, organization, rigor, curiosity, and attention to the latest UX trends and best practices
- Professional English level
