- Design and maintain reusable components, variables, tokens, and properties in Figma
- Document components for design, development, product, and QA teams
- Collaborate directly with frontend developers to resolve design and implementation decisions
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience designing digital products
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in design systems, Figma, and component-based design
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, especially variables, auto-layout, components, variants, and properties
- Experience working with variables linked to tokens, not just visual styles
- Ability to structure Figma files in a clear, scalable, and understandable way
