UI/UX Designer
Trickle Up 🇵🇰 Rawalpindi, Rawalpindi District, Pakistan
The UI/UX Designer will lead the creation of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences by conducting research and designing high-fidelity mockups. They will collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and iterate designs based on user data.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Design clean, consistent UI components and maintain design systems
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data
- Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
Requirements
- 2-5 years of proven, hands-on experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates full design process -- from research and problem definition through to final polished UI
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma; familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Solid grasp of responsive and mobile-first design principles across web and app platforms
