Lead end-to-end product design and UX research for a semiconductor manufacturing platform, translating user findings into wireframes and pixel-perfect UI. Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize features and quantify the value of design decisions through success metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX research and run customer discovery and usability sessions
- Own end-to-end product design and translate features from problem definition to wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI
- Prioritize ruthlessly and make trade-offs explicit
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, data scientists, QA, and project managers
- Quantify the value created and define success metrics for every project
Requirements
- 4+ years designing web/SaaS products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, interaction design, and visual craft
- Proficiency in Figma
- Comfort with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication
