Senior Graphic Designer
Lawvu Remote (🇳🇿 New Zealand)
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for executing LawVu's visual brand strategy across all marketing, sales, and corporate communications channels. This includes owning brand standards, creating integrated marketing campaigns, and developing sales enablement materials.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain LawVu's visual identity and brand standards
- Lead creative execution for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, web, email, paid media, and events
- Ensure consistency and quality across all brand assets and communications
- Provide creative guidance and quality control across projects and stakeholders
- Design and develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks, case studies, reports, and collateral
- Translate complex legal technology concepts into clear, engaging visual communications
- Contribute to website design and conversion optimisation initiatives
- Produce high-quality creative assets across multiple channels and formats
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership teams
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while prioritising according to business objectives
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in graphic and web design in a fast-paced environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, brand, marketing, and sales collateral
- Advanced proficiency in modern design tools and creative workflows (Adobe Suite, Affinity, Figma)
- Exceptional visual storytelling and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and user-focused design principles
