Responsible for the core user experience, interaction flows, and interface design of an R&D game project. This includes creating interactive prototypes and collaborating with planning, art, and programming teams to optimize player experience based on data and feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for project core user experience, interaction flow, and interface design
  • Leading interaction prototyping, design, and iteration to ensure smooth player operation and expandable gameplay
  • Combining product targets and player demands to systematize and optimize interaction experiences
  • Collaborating with multiple teams to ensure high-quality interaction design implementation
  • Analyzing data and user feedback to continuously optimize interaction schemes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 2+ years of experience in interaction design
  • Familiarity with mainstream design and prototyping tools
  • Solid foundation in user experience and interaction design theory
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
