Senior Graphic Designer – Hybrid AZ

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual communications across print and digital platforms while serving as a brand steward. The role involves leading design projects from concept to execution and utilizing AI tools to optimize production workflows.
Responsibilities
- Produce original, production-ready visual assets across print and digital channels
- Lead design projects from concept through final execution
- Maintain and enforce brand consistency by managing graphic standards, logo usage, and reproduction files across multiple brands
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, develop creative solutions, present concepts, and recommend design improvements
- Collaborate with external vendors to communicate specifications, review proofs, and resolve design or production issues
Requirements
- Approximately 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience using AI-enabled creative tools or platforms to support design, production, or workflow efficiency
