Product Designer

The Product Designer acts as a generalist owning product management, UX, and UI to deliver new features in six-week cycles. They are responsible for building early prototypes and designing experiences for homeowners, contractors, and utilities.
Responsibilities
- Work in small teams to take loosely defined projects and deliver new features
- Own product management, UX, and UI
- Build early prototypes that will bring new products and features to life
- Collaborate with stakeholders and peers to deliver projects within a fixed time box
- Communicate and deliver projects with a high degree of autonomy
Requirements
- At least one year of professional product design experience
- Comfortable working with Figma, AI tools, and front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Detail-oriented systems thinker with a focus on user needs
- Experience with large scale consumer or B2B products (nice to have)
- Experience with native mobile app design (nice to have)
- Graphic design, illustration, and/or video production skills (nice to have)
