Sr. UX Designer - Temporary

The Sr. UX Designer creates user-centric digital experiences by partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver wireframes, prototypes, and research-backed designs. The role leverages AI-powered tools and vibe coding to accelerate ideation and validate functional prototypes within a healthcare regulatory environment.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts
- Design and define interactive experiences that align with user goals, business objectives, and technical constraints
- Conduct comprehensive user research to gain insights into user needs and behaviors
- Create seamless experiences for digital products, ensuring optimal organization and accessibility of content
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, including advancements in AI-assisted design
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including senior project managers, product owners, business analysts, and developers
Requirements
- Colorado resident
- Education and/or training in Product Psychology, Human Interaction Computing, or Product Design preferred
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or a related regulated industry
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, user research, or product design
- Proficiency in UX design prototyping software and user testing tools
- Experience with Agile
- Proficiency with product analytics software
- Familiarity with AI-powered design and productivity tools
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Angular)
