Electrical Design Engineer, Data Center Design Engineering

The Jr. Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing resilient and cost-effective electrical distribution systems for data centers. This includes creating construction document sets, reviewing equipment submittals, and supporting the process from site selection through commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Data center electrical designs and collaboration with other disciplines to create a construction document set
- Creation of designs which meet or exceed quality requirements and fall within budgetary requirements
- Work with local agencies having jurisdiction to ensure compliance with federal, state and municipal requirements and building codes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of critical data center mechanical and electrical equipment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of mission critical facilities, especially data centers
