Own the end-to-end product design process from concept to delivery, focusing on mobile-first experiences for frontline workers. Collaborate within a cross-functional squad to conduct user research and maintain the company's design system.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Design: Own the design process from early concept exploration through to detailed specs
- User Research & Discovery: Run customer interviews, contextual inquiries, and usability testing
- Design System Stewardship: Contribute to Blink's design system, ensuring consistency across mobile and web
- Squad Collaboration: Work as an embedded member of a development squad alongside engineers and product managers
- Cross-Platform Excellence: Design mobile-first experiences that work for frontline workers and admins
- Data-Informed Decisions: Use qualitative and quantitative data to validate designs and iterate
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex products
- B2B experience is a plus, but not a deal-breaker
- Mobile-first design expertise
- Research-driven mindset
- Design tool proficiency, especially Figma
- Communication skills
- Squad-player mentality
