Product Designer

Lead design projects from concept to implementation by creating user-centric designs, wireframes, and prototypes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve design systems and ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to align with project goals and user expectations
• Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering feedback to inform and validate design decisions
• Utilize prototyping tools and techniques to iterate on designs and support user testing
• Contribute to the design process for key features and work closely with product managers and engineers
• Contribute to the evolution of design systems and processes to improve efficiency and quality
• Ensure all design deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a UX/product design role, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and outcomes
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Strong knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles
• Experience with prototyping tools and techniques to iterate and refine designs
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies and their impact on design implementation
