Product Designer | Based in Europe
Hostinger Remote (🇵🇱 Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland)
Own the end-to-end design process from initial sketching to shipping and monitoring feature performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centric solutions based on extensive research and data.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems
- Create innovative solutions that meet customer needs and are extremely easy to use
- Own and drive the entire design process for your area
- Conduct extensive user research to inform design decisions
- Iterate on exciting solutions based on received feedback and data
- Keep up-to-date with current design trends, techniques, and practices
- Actively collaborate with the design guild to improve existing design systems and design processes
- Be autonomous and proactive, taking full ownership and responsibility for your work
- Provide and get actionable feedback from teammates
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience designing for consumer-focused tech companies
- Deep fluency in design thinking, user-centered methodologies, UX research, prototyping and iterative design
- Ability to own a design area end-to-end, making strategic design decisions and collaborating cross-functionally
- Excellent communication skills to clearly present design ideas and solutions
- Ability to conduct user research, understand data, and validate ideas
- Excellent knowledge of design tools
- Great knowledge of design systems and ability to contribute to them
- Driven, creative, and hungry for knowledge
