Senior Graphic Designer

Lead the visual execution of high-impact marketing materials, including proposals, campaigns, and presentations. Collaborate with technical leaders to create infographics and diagrams while mentoring junior designers to maintain brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the visual execution of key marketing deliverables including proposals, campaigns, and presentations
- Develop infographics, diagrams, and layouts that enhance storytelling and client messaging
- Review and refine work from junior designers, ensuring adherence to brand and quality standards
- Coordinate with team members to ensure graphics align with strategy, audience, and delivery timelines
- Evolve the company's templates, icons, and brand resources in collaboration with Marketing leadership
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and continuous improvement discussions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Graphic Design or related field is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required
- Certifications such as Adobe Certified Professional, or other recognized industry credentials, are valued but not required
- Computer skills necessary to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- An exceptional eye for detail in layout, content, and typography
- Ability to work well within a team
- Time management skills
- A talent for creativity and problem-solving
