Lead the design process from early market concepts to global launch for consumer payment experiences. Create scalable design patterns and refine user flows using AI tools and high-fidelity mockups to ensure product-market fit.
Responsibilities
- Lead the journey from early market concepts to global launch, defining use cases and seamless user flows with wireframes and high-fidelity mockups
- Apply and extend our design system by building scalable, reusable patterns for a global audience
- Adapt designs to unique market landscapes, ensuring solutions resonate with local cultural and economic nuances
- Have a builder's mindset, using AI tools and rapid prototyping to visualize agentic workflows and localized payment experiences
- Refine designs based on user research and market feedback to find product market fit and maintain high standards of craft
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of visual design experience in product design or UX/UI design
- Portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience prototyping and utilizing AI tools (preferred)
- Experience building with AI and shipping fully realized, highly-polished features (preferred)
- Experience using agile methodologies (preferred)
- Ability to show attention to detail and consistent follow-through on complex cross-functional programs
