Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, focusing on user-centered design and accessibility for the RDS platform. Develop and maintain web interfaces using various programming languages while optimizing for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration, defining vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
- Gather stakeholder input, prioritize features, and ensure cross-team alignment for project management
- Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring the RDS platform meets accessibility and usability standards
- Write and maintain code in HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python to enhance web interfaces and functionality
- Utilize data and automation tools for data analysis and create scripts to streamline processes and improve accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field with 4 to 6 plus years of related experience
- Proficiency in HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and responsive design practices
- Experience with design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Understanding of Web Accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices
