Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will own the end-to-end user experience and design system, setting the UX vision for the product. Responsibilities include maintaining a comprehensive design system, implementing AI tools to automate design, and conducting user research to inform product development.
Responsibilities
- Help define, communicate, and implement a cohesive vision for the product user experience
- Maintain and expand a comprehensive design system for Clozd
- Create and maintain AI tools and systems that automate the design process
- Conduct primary and secondary research to inform every stage of the design and product development lifecycle
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio showing work designing and shipping end-to-end products
- Experience designing enterprise-grade software, AI-enabled features, and zero-to-one products
- Proficiency with Figma (design system management, prototyping, component architecture)
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate design work
