Senior UX Designer

Lead the end-to-end design of complex product areas and multi-channel communication flows, delivering high-fidelity prototypes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and improve user experiences based on data and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Leading design initiatives focused on communication across multiple channels
• Responsible for the complete design of complex product areas, delivering high-fidelity interface prototypes
• Translating customer experience findings and system logic into communication patterns and visual frameworks that ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility
• Conducting advanced usability testing and mixed-methods research, driving data-based improvements

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design, with a strong portfolio and advanced skills in Figma
• Advanced knowledge of design principles, human-centered design, and design thinking
• Solid experience in designing complex, multi-step flows and products, with a deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+)
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate design ideas and recommendations to technical and executive audiences
