Junior Graphic Designer - Marketing Team (m/f/d)

The role focuses on creating visual and video content for digital and print platforms to support the marketing team. Responsibilities include editing videos, assisting with photo/video shoots, and developing creative storytelling concepts.
Responsibilities
- Create visual assets for digital and print, including presentations, social media content, internal communications, and marketing materials
- Adapt designs to align with brand guidelines and project-specific requirements
- Support our senior designer with layouts, templates, and creative production
- Edit videos for social media, website, presentations, and internal use
- Assist in developing short-form and long-form video content
- Apply basic motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound editing
- Contribute to building and maintaining a structured video and content pipeline
- Support basic photo and video shoots of our projects, team events, and behind-the-scenes content
- Understand framing, composition, lighting basics, and camera handling
- Assist with setup, shooting, and post-production preparation
- Contribute creative ideas for content formats, storytelling, and visual concepts
- Support planning and execution of content calendars
- Translate project information into engaging visual and video content
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
- Proficiency in key design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong skills in video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar)
- Basic understanding of photography and video shooting principles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple small tasks
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
- Good communication skills and openness to feedback
