Principal Product Designer

Lead UX strategy and design execution across a product pillar to shape next-generation cybersecurity and digital safety products. Influence company-level product direction through storytelling and establish best practices for design consistency and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration within a product pillar, setting a vision that aligns cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, and research
• Influence company and product strategy through storytelling, using strong narratives to communicate design vision to executive leadership
• Lead UX strategy with a research-backed approach, grounding product experiences in user needs, market signals, and business priorities
• Establish best practices in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for product-wide consistency and impact

Requirements

• A degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Significant experience in product design, with a track record of shipping high-quality B2C products at scale across multiple platforms
• Strategic product thinking with experience developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on user and business impact
• Deep understanding of user-centred design principles and the ability to apply them to complex, ambiguous problems across end-to-end experiences
