Product Designer
Govpilot Remote (🇺🇸 United States of America)
Design and manage products from wireframe to high-fidelity, owning the end-to-end design process. This includes conducting customer research, running sprints, and collaborating with engineers in an AI-native development model.
Responsibilities
- Talk to customers regularly to understand their needs and pain points
- Own the design process end to end, including wireframes, flows, prototypes, and final specs
- Write and prioritize and design product intents and acceptance criteria
- Run planning, grooming, and retros
- Prototype and iterate directly in tools like Claude Design or Make
- Communicate what shipped and why it matters to stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years in product design with meaningful PM experience on top
- Strong customer research instincts
- Fluency in AI design and dev tools (Lovable, Claude, Make, or comparable)
- Proven ability to run a sprint, not just attend one
- Product instincts grounded in user outcomes, not features
- Clear communicator with non-technical stakeholders, in writing and out loud
- Comfortable with ambiguity and pace
