Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple design projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and respect of deadlines
- Liaise directly with clients and account teams to clarify project goals and expectations
- Oversee workflow and provide creative direction to junior designers
- Support the organization of the workflow, working in a coordinated manner with peers, the Operations/Traffic team, and Senior Art Directors
- Conceptualize original creative ideas and translate them into high-impact design solutions
- Design and produce materials across all media formats, ensuring innovation while maintaining brand integrity
