Lead the design of software and platforms by conducting discovery workshops and translating business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver accessible, responsive experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and requirements-gathering workshops to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Translate complex concepts into clear user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define and deliver solutions across the full product lifecycle
- Facilitate and evolve the product vision through user research, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing
- Design and deliver experiences optimised for mobile, tablet, and desktop (responsive & mobile-first)
Requirements
- 5+ yearsâ experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and problem solving
- Degree in Design (Graphic, Product, Industrial, Architecture or similar) or equivalent professional experience
- Deep understanding of user-centred design (UCD) principles and methodologies
- Proven experience planning and conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping
