Contribute to the creation and maintenance of scalable Figma components, patterns, and templates for employee-facing experiences. Collaborate with engineers and designers to implement high-quality standards and integrate AI-powered design workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of components, patterns, and templates
  • Work closely with designers and engineers to design and implement high-quality additions to the design system
  • Collaborate with designers to identify opportunities for unifying designs across products
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation describing the standards and best practices of the component library

Requirements

  • 3+ years of design experience
  • Experience designing for accessibility and inclusivity
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered design tools to accelerate component creation and documentation
