Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design visually engaging book covers and brand-aligned marketing collaterals
• Develop promotional creatives including advertisements, flyers, social media assets, and digital campaigns
• Create compelling video content such as book trailers, author interviews, promotional films, and short-form digital content
• Collaborate with marketing teams and authors to ensure creative output aligns with campaign objectives and brand positioning
• Manage and curate engaging content across social media platforms to promote books and authors
• Ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and high production quality across all creative deliverables
• Handle multiple creative projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality standards

Requirements

• Strong understanding and practical exposure to AI tools such as GPT-based platforms, Canva AI, Perplexity, Gemini, and other generative tools for creative enhancement
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) and professional video editing software
• Strong typography, layout design, color theory, and visual storytelling skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with authors, marketing teams, publishers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Familiarity with publishing industry trends and content marketing strategies
