Responsibilities
- Work on module layout design (OPAMP, PUMP, Regulator, etc) for peripheral circuit
- Collaborate with global teams to enable successful tape-outs
- Recognized layout expertise (Standard Cell, Block layout, Block Floor & Signal Planning)
- Verification skillset
- Actively seek out learning opportunities and take the initiative to propose solutions to challenges and areas for improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IC layout
- Virtuoso layout editor
- Calibre DRC
- Synopsys LVS
- Layout Quality Check
- English skills
- Knowledge of Layout automation
- Experienced management or leading
