Hybrid $75,000 - $90,000 (CAD) Full-time Senior

Design end-to-end user experiences for airport self-service solutions, including kiosks and biometric controls, from research to handoff. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain design systems and ensure accessibility and brand consistency across digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end experiences for self-service solutions such as kiosks, self bag drop, biometric and passport control as well as range of agent support solutions and more
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, including occasional on-site observation in airport environments
  • Partner with airline and airport clients to design custom solutions as needed
  • Build and maintain design system components in Figma alongside our engineering team
  • Accommodate accessibility (WCAG, ADA) and multilingual design across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate daily with business analysts, architects, and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and faithfully implemented
  • Help shape and evolve the Embross digital experience ecosystem, including the corporate website, product storytelling, customer journeys, and web-based user experiences
  • Collaborate with marketing and external agencies to ensure consistency across product UX, brand systems, and digital touchpoints

Requirements

  • 8+ years of UI/UX design experience for shipped digital products
  • A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work, research, IA, interaction design, and visual polish
  • Strong proficiency in Figma
  • Solid grasp of accessibility principles and inclusive design
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team, both independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel
