Principal UX Designer

Lead the end-to-end design of a web app focusing on complex social media datasets and data visualization. Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to develop intuitive dashboards, query builders, and a scalable design system.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for Pendulum's web app and other customer experiences
- Lead research initiatives: user interviews, usability testing, and synthesis of behavioral analytics data
- Design complex data visualization patterns
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers in agile sprints
Requirements
- 10+ years of product/UX design experience
- Proven track record shipping end-to-end in a B2B enterprise environment
- Expert-level proficiency in building interactive prototypes
- Experience maintaining design systems
- Comfortable facilitating user interviews and usability tests
