Principal Product Designer, Devices
Life360 Remote (🇨🇦 Canada)
Lead the end-to-end product design for Life360's connected devices portfolio, including Tile and Pet GPS. You will create seamless experiences across physical and digital touchpoints, from unboxing and setup to daily app interaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead Product Design for Connected Devices
- Drive end-to-end design across Life360's devices portfolio
- Own the in-app experience for how users set up, manage, and get value from their devices within Life360
- Lead early-stage design by rapidly prototyping hardware-software interaction concepts
- Map and storyboard end-to-end user journeys across physical and digital moments
- Design frameworks and interaction models that reduce friction across device setup, management, and troubleshooting flows
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing for mobile-first, consumer-facing products
- Experience designing across physical and digital touchpoints
- Familiarity with device lifecycle moments
- Strong UI/UX craft with a portfolio demonstrating elegant, data-informed solutions to complex cross-platform or hardware-software problems
- Experience designing with and for AI-enhanced experiences
