Lead the translation of strategic product visions into manufacturable, market-ready lifestyle products from concept through production. Partner with factories and cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity, safety compliance, and cost targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Concept Development & Visualization: Generate innovative product concepts aligned with brand strategy and retailer needs
- Product Development & Execution: Own product development from concept through production
- Innovation & Trend Leadership: Stay current on trends in baby, home, lifestyle, and outdoor categories
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, QA, Sourcing, Marketing, and Sales
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field
- 8+ years of experience in consumer product design and development
- Proven experience taking products from concept through mass production
- Experience in consumer products, baby, home, or lifestyle categories preferred
