Lead Product Designer

Lead the design of web experiences for internal onboarding tools and customer-facing analytics dashboards. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate complex workflows into scalable, intuitive interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Own the design of web experiences across internal onboarding tools and customer-facing analytics dashboards
- Define and drive end-to-end user experiences, from early concepts through detailed design and launch
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and CX to shape product strategy and prioritize high-impact work
- Translate complex workflows and data into clear, intuitive interfaces that support complex data
- Establish and uphold a high bar for design quality, usability, and consistency across a broad product space
- Contribute to and evolve design systems and patterns to support scalable, cohesive experiences
- Mentor and support other designers through feedback, critique, and collaboration
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions and measure impact
- Advocate for users while balancing business goals and technical constraints
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience, including web and mobile
- Demonstrated experience shipping software products to production â not just designs
- Experience designing internal tools, operational systems, or complex dashboards
- Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex workflows and data-heavy experiences
- Familiarity with designing for complex systems with multiple user roles, permissions, or workflows
- Proven track record of influencing product strategy and leading initiatives as a senior IC
- High level of craft in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture
- Experience working closely with cross-functional partners in fast-paced environments
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across undefined problem spaces
- Experience mentoring or guiding other designers
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
