Responsibilities
- Design interfaces for internal tools based on artificial intelligence
- Lead research processes with users, including interviews, usability testing, and field studies
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and technology teams to define requirements and solutions
- Design responsive flows aligned with the UI Kit and institutional design system
- Identify points of friction in digital experiences and propose improvements based on qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Design and participate in A/B testing experiments and iterations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Experience working with Figma and prototyping tools
- Knowledge of design systems and institutional guidelines
- Experience with AI-powered design tools and generative workflows
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2-3 days of in-person work per week
