Responsibilities
- Leading design across two distinct B2B surfaces - partner configuration tools and the hotel supply platform
- Setting design direction at the Staff level, shaping strategy, leading reviews, and raising the craft bar across the team
- Bringing consumer-grade craft to dense, operator-facing workflows used by sophisticated partners and hotel supply teams
- Partnering closely with PM, engineering, and partnerships to turn complex, API-driven configurations into clear, reliable, polished experiences
Requirements
- Mastery of the full product development process
- Strong craft in visual, interaction, and UX design
- Proven experience managing stakeholders in partnership with PMs, engineers, data, and executives
- Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma, design systems, and emerging tech like Pencil / Cursor
- Clear communication and storytelling skills
