Develop seasonal graphics and visual identities for PUMA Hoops apparel, bridging sport and culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive graphic packs and execute quick-turn designs for cultural moments.

Responsibilities

  • Design seasonal graphics that align with PUMA's creative direction and strengthen the PUMA Hoops brand language
  • Partner with Apparel, Footwear, PLM, and Color teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across collections
  • Execute quick-turn graphics in response to cultural and sport moments with speed, precision, and intent
  • Develop complete graphic packs - placements, trims, prints, and patterns that scale across tiers
  • Contribute to seasonal color palette development and ensure consistency across categories
  • Maintain an organized graphic library and manage on-time file handoffs with PUMA Group Sourcing (PGS)
  • Lead at least one capsule or regional project per season from concept through execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Product or Graphic Design (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in apparel graphic design, with strong storytelling and cultural awareness
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, meet expectations, and deliver on time
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of basketball culture and sport lifestyle trends
  • Strong illustration and custom typography skills that bring unique voice and character to design
  • Confident presentation skills and the ability to adapt to feedback with professionalism
