Sr. Graphic Designer

The Sr. Graphic Designer will create high-impact direct mail and multichannel visual assets to drive client conversion rates. This includes collaborating with strategists to translate marketing goals into effective layouts and presenting creative rationales to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design compelling, on-brand direct mail campaigns that grab attention and motivate response
- Develop visual assets for additional channels such as email, digital advertising, and social media
- Collaborate with marketing strategists and subject matter experts to conceptualize creative campaigns
- Translate marketing strategies into clear, effective, and visually appealing layouts
- Present creative concepts with recommendations to internal and external clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing direct mail, print production skills, and multichannel campaign work
- Experience in data-driven design and personalized direct mail tactics and testing
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
