Responsibilities
- Define the design vision for Moloco's Commerce Media experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evolve and execute a strong product vision
- Drive customer impact through creating new experiences supporting complex enterprise workflows
- Develop and deliver on the experience vision for a strategic MCM product area
- Own end-to-end design on complex, ambiguous initiatives
- Set and raise the design quality bar across MCM
- Mentor and coach designers
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional product design experience
- Track record of delivering impactful product and feature launches in complex B2B experiences at scale
- Strong craft with a deep foundation in interaction and visual design
- Ability to lead design end-to-end for an entire product area
- Strong prototyping skills
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Passion for mentoring and upleveling other designers
