UX UI Designer

The role involves creating digital and print marketing assets while designing conversion-focused web experiences and user flows. The designer will support CRO efforts through iterative testing and maintain the company's design system.
Responsibilities
- Design digital and print marketing assets
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for responsive web experiences
- Support CRO efforts by designing test concepts and iterative UX/UI updates
- Contribute to the design system to ensure consistency across marketing and web experiences
- Review designs and live pages for quality and usability
- Identify UX/UI issues and opportunities through site reviews and competitor research
Requirements
- 3–5 years of design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating marketing creative work and UX/UI work
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing for digital and print
- Strong foundation in visual design principles and UX fundamentals
- Working knowledge of front-end constraints
