Lead the design of the ESG reporting application to build a competitive end-to-end reporting platform. Partner with engineering and product teams to ship AI-powered experiences and drive product strategy based on customer feedback.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for ESG reporting application
- Design and ship experiences that allow the world’s largest organizations to scale their own reporting efforts
- Drive deep discovery to uncover new product opportunities
- Use customer feedback and product analytics to iterate quickly and move meaningful product and business metrics
- Build the vision and product strategy to bring the next chapter of product to life
- Partner closely with EPD teams to execute, and GTM to understand and build for the market
Requirements
- 5+ years experience designing software, preferably at B2B software companies or in technical/complex problem spaces
- A knack for in-the-weeds systems thinking and a love for rapid, 0-1 product building
- A track record shipping powerful and intuitive product experiences that customers love
- Proficiency in design craft fundamentals — consistently demonstrating solid design process, strong interaction craft, and an eye for polish
- Experience shipping AI products, and proficiency using AI tools to aid discovery, synthesis, and design execution
- Customer obsession and enthusiasm about product and business ownership
