The Product Designer will translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces and maintain the in-house UI component library. They will collaborate with stakeholders and developers to iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand and identify business and customer needs
- Translate high-level requirements into beautiful, modern, intuitive user interfaces
- Maintain an in-house UI component library and promote user-centered design standards across the product team
- Provide design guidance and support to software developers during implementation
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and product performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in web design, user experience design, human factors/psychology, or similar
- 3-5+ years of experience in roles such as Senior Product Designer, Senior UI Designer, Senior UX Designer, or similar
- 3-5+ years of experience producing low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Experience designing SaaS products, preference given to those with experience in large-scale, feature-rich, data-centric platforms in an Agile environment
