Platform Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end systems design for an AI-native platform, focusing on complex workflows, orchestration, and explainability. Define reusable UX abstractions and integrate evaluation and debugging experiences into the builder workflow.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UX across major platform capability areas
- Define interaction models for complex systems (AI workflows, orchestration, debugging, explainability)
- Ensure platform primitives are usable, composable, and scalable
- Balance flexibility, correctness, and usability in system design
- Lead rapid prototyping and validation of complex concepts
- Define and drive user research to de-risk product decisions
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Proven experience designing complex platforms, developer tools, or enterprise SaaS
- Strong portfolio showcasing systems thinking and product impact
