Lead the creation of high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital platforms from concept to final delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand storytelling and provide mentorship to junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for a range of projects
- Collaborate with designers, content and brand teams to conceptualise and execute design projects
- Lead the creative process, from storyboarding and scripting to animation and post-production
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques, integrating innovative ideas into work
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in motion graphic design or animation
- Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
