Graphic Designer for a Marketing Agency (US-based/Remote)

The role involves generating high-quality visual concepts and ad creatives using AI platforms and prompt engineering. The designer will refine these AI-generated assets into production-ready designs for websites and branding using professional tools.
Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality visual concepts using AI platforms (Claude, Gemini, and others)
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to control output quality, style, and consistency
- Design creatives that align with a clean, modern biotech aesthetic
- Contribute to both creative direction and execution
- Collaborate internally to iterate on concepts and improve output quality
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and continuously improve workflows
- Refine and elevate AI-generated assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma
Requirements
- Strong experience with Adobe Suite
- Figma
- Gemini
- Claude
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools for design workflows (Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Strong prompt engineering ability (not just basic usage)
- Solid understanding of layout and composition
- Visual hierarchy
- Ability to take rough/generated assets and bring them to a high-end, production-ready standard
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
