Senior Product Designer I

Lead the design of product areas from discovery to delivery, creating high-fidelity visuals, wireframes, and prototypes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build coherent, AI-enabled digital experiences and maintain shared design systems.
Responsibilities
- Product Design and Craft: Lead design for a product area or journey, from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Discovery and Iteration: Contribute to discovery through research synthesis, journey mapping, and rapid prototyping
- Experience Quality and Systems: Design end-to-end experiences that consider the full journey across digital and service touchpoints
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of UX, product design, interaction design experience
- Ability to clearly articulate the tradeoffs of tools or stages of design, particularly the use of AI within the design process
- A portfolio showing shipped digital products that solved real problems and delivered business impact
