Senior UX Designer

Own the end-to-end design process for 4-6 internal AI-powered product surfaces, including dashboards and workflow automation tools. Establish a lightweight design system and collaborate with senior engineers to simplify complex data-heavy workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design across 4-6 internal product surfaces
- Create and maintain a lightweight design system and shared component library
- Design interaction patterns for AI-native workflows
- Collaborate directly with senior engineers in a pod-based model
- Translate complex, multi-source data into streamlined, single-screen experiences
- Conduct user research and usability testing with internal stakeholders
- Rapidly prototype new concepts and iterate based on feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years designing complex internal tools, enterprise SaaS platforms, or developer-facing systems
- Strong interaction design and information architecture skills
- Proven ability to work independently as the sole designer on an engineering-heavy team
- Experience designing data-dense interfaces, dashboards, or multi-panel layouts
- Portfolio demonstrating simplification of complex workflows
