Junior Graphic Designer

The Junior Graphic Designer executes daily production tasks including updating copy, manipulating images, and preparing packaging layouts. They collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product Development teams to support branding initiatives and conduct market trend research.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily design production tasks
- Prepare and finalize design files to ensure they are production-ready and meet quality and brand standards
- Develop creative packaging concepts and produce mock-ups
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product Development teams
- Conduct market research and stay current on industry trends
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and incorporate feedback into design revisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related discipline
- Prior internship and/or industry experience preferred
- Awareness of current design and market trends
- High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- InDesign experience preferred
- Working knowledge of AI tools in graphic design
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
