Senior Product Designer

Drive end-to-end design for high-impact identity protection, fraud, and credit experiences. Translate product requirements into user-centered solutions while managing executive stakeholders and ensuring ADA accessibility compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive design work for high-impact initiatives across identity protection, fraud, and credit experiences
• Translate high-level product requirements into meaningful, user-centered experiences that deliver measurable business and consumer outcomes
• Create rapid concept wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to explore ideas early and reduce delivery risk
• Deliver robust, production-ready prototypes that clearly communicate intent to engineering and stakeholders
• Balance hands-on execution with product discovery work, ensuring the right problems are solved—not just shipped

Requirements

• Proven professional work and case studies demonstrating end-to-end ownership of the design process
• Strong understanding of product, technology, and agile team dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while inspiring cross-functional teams to prioritize UX
• Confidence to debate constructively, advocate for users, and represent the design perspective with clarity and credibility at senior and executive levels
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience delivering executive-ready summaries and presentations
