Senior UI/UX Designer - Mission Control Software

Lead the UI/UX design for a suite of Mission Control software, translating complex aerospace workflows into intuitive and scalable interfaces. Collaborate with operators, engineers, and product managers to conduct research, create high-fidelity designs in Figma, and maintain design systems.
Responsibilities
- Drive UI/UX design for a suite of Mission Control applications
- Partner with product managers, engineers, operators, and customers to understand workflows, pain points, operational constraints, and success criteria
- Conduct and synthesize UX research, including user interviews, workflow analysis, usability testing, heuristic reviews, and feedback sessions
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work for complex software applications
- Advanced proficiency with Figma
- Strong UI design fundamentals
- Strong UX research skills
- Experience designing scalable, consistent, and user-friendly interfaces for complex workflows
