Senior Product Designer– Client Experience, Private Bank Digital, Vice President

Execute UX/UI design for the US private banking authenticated digital experience while serving as a player-coach to mentor other designers. Lead experience visioning and collaborate with product managers to translate complex financial journeys into intuitive digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Execute UX/UI design work for the authenticated digital experience for US private banking clients
- Deliver high-quality design assets, prototypes, and specifications
- Provide day-to-day design leadership through mentoring, pairing, critique, and raising the bar on craft
- Design using both existing design systems and contribute to the development of new and emerging design systems
- Collaborate with multiple product managers and cross-functional teams to implement design solutions
- Lead and contribute to experience visioning to establish north star and to share to senior leaders and stakeholders
Requirements
- Portfolio link required in resume
- Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in experience or product design
- Experience designing for a consumer or financial services setting
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality UI through hands-on design and creative execution
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire
