Marketing Graphic Designer

Develop visually compelling digital and print materials to communicate technical CNC and automation concepts across multiple platforms. Maintain brand standards and collaborate with internal teams to execute strategy-driven marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design & Development - Create high-quality designs, graphics, and collateral (digital and print) that communicate technical concepts in a clear, audience-appropriate way
• Information Gathering & Concept Development - Gather information from internal teams and external resources to develop effective, on-brand design concepts for target audiences
• Collaboration & Communication - Partner with internal stakeholders, division management, and sales teams to ensure messaging and imagery align with strategic goals and audience needs
• Digital Campaign Design & Execution - Support the marketing team in creating, scheduling, and optimizing digital content—including email campaigns, social media graphics, website updates, and landing pages—ensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms
• Brand Adherence - Maintain and evolve the brand standards and style guides for Gosiger and all house brands, ensuring consistency across all materials and platforms

Requirements

• Associate's or BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, or Visual Communications, or related field
• Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills
• Experience with digital assets, web graphics, and production files
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in a customer service position utilizing interpersonal communication skills
