Remote Full-time Senior

Drive end-to-end mixed-method UX research projects to understand user behavior and pain points across multiple B2C products. Translate findings into actionable recommendations to influence product strategy, growth, and monetization metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end UX research projects across multiple products and user segments
  • Design and execute mixed-method research to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points
  • Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product, design, and business teams
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Analytics, and ML teams to shape hypotheses and validate product decisions
  • Integrate research into the product development lifecycle — from discovery to post-release evaluation
  • Identify opportunities to improve key product metrics through user insights
  • Present findings to stakeholders at different levels, influencing decisions with evidence rather than opinions

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience in UX research / product research
  • Strong expertise in mixed-method research, including in-depth interviews, usability testing, surveys, JTBD, and behavioral analysis
  • Ability to design and run end-to-end research studies
  • Solid understanding of quantitative research and data analysis
  • Experience with experimentation and A/B testing
  • Ability to connect qualitative insights with quantitative data and business metrics
  • Strong knowledge of product metrics: conversion, retention, engagement, funnel metrics, monetization drivers
